It's really very simple. For photos like these, I just use regular old children's face paint, and then basically smudge in colours around my eyes and add in whatever details I want, and then purposefully get it on my waterline so it gets in my eye (I just like how it looks, though if too much gets in,it becomes very difficult to see for the moment lol and then tears from being momentarily blind or water to create the dripping) But for the most part, I just apply it all like I would regular make up
